Every time I talk to a girl from the internet on the phone, they mention how they have to “carry the conversation”.
But I don’t really think they’re giving me enough credit for the subtle things I do to keep the conversation flowing.

This is essentially why I don’t like most console games. Online competitive games sort of maintain the same atmosphere because there have to be losers as well as winners but outside that I find most of the current output a little pandering.
